Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Garrett Panhorst, who publishes under the name Lumen Guardian ("we", "us"), for playing Chainfang (the "Game"). By playing, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Playing the Game
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
Virtual items and currency
Gems, coins, gear, heroes, cosmetics and other virtual items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the Game. We may change or rebalance virtual items as the Game evolves. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where the law or the app store's refund policy says otherwise. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Ads
The Game offers optional rewarded ads. Rewards are granted only when an ad is completed.
Fair play
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or modified clients, interfere with other players or the Game's services, or reverse-engineer the Game except where the law allows it. We may suspend or reset progress that results from cheating.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Game running but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may update, change or discontinue features, and eventually the Game, with reasonable notice where possible.
Termination
You can stop playing at any time and delete your data (see Delete your data). We may suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The Game is provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses of virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
