This policy explains what information Chainfang (the "Game") collects, why, and the choices you have. The Game is published by Garrett Panhorst under the name Lumen Guardian ("we", "us"), based in Arkansas, USA. Contact us any time at axiomwarden@gmail.com.
What we collect and why

We do not ask for your real name, contacts, photos or precise location, and we do not sell your personal information for money.
Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
We process your information to provide the Game you asked for (performance of a contract); with your consent for personalized advertising and, where the law requires it, for analytics; for our legitimate interests in keeping the Game secure, preventing fraud and improving it; and where the law requires us to (legal obligation). You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that happened before.
Your choices
- Ad privacy choices: if you are in the EEA, UK, Switzerland or a US state with privacy laws, the Game shows Google's consent message the first time you play. Change your choice any time in Settings → Privacy & support → Ad privacy choices.
- Device settings: you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your phone's settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
- Analytics: turn off Share gameplay analytics in Settings.
- Delete your data: use Settings → Delete my data, or see chainfang.app/delete.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws may also opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (use Ad privacy choices or your device's ad settings), and will not be discriminated against for exercising their rights. To make a request, email axiomwarden@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request. In the EEA or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Retention
Game data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Game (your phone's own backup may keep a copy). Cloud saves, when enabled, are kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years. Our partners keep data under their own policies.
International transfers
Our service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, please play only with a parent's or guardian's permission. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes
We will post changes here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the Game.
